Visalia, I really appreciate discussion by you and others on the
engineering and specifics of this industry. I must have been
kinda depressed that day. Since I am an economist and computer
operator and not an engineer I tend to focus on fundamentals,
value, comparative competion, and industry trends.

I've been trying to get into the minds of the big-fund managers
and am wondering why they don't drive IDTI up some more. It is
probably because the PE and industry concerns don't warrant it
at this time. I do think that they are all-in at an average
price of $12 and would like big profits, but want to wait & see
what results the current and/or next quarter will bring.
If results are good we can all realize good returns. If not so
good it is possible the funds could sell & possibly repeat the
January trick or treat episode. The analysts have already taken
the lower path into account so I like to remain optimistic.
With the volume they command the funds could drive this one any
day either way, the only question being who gets in/out first
and how much. I believe they and hopefully the public are
accumulating at $12 and do not like the downside either.

One could compare this industry to the disk drive makers which
has products getting less & less expensive while quality and
manufacturing processes get better & better, meanwhile profits
increase & stay healthy, and some consolidation occurs.

Regards & best wishes,
