Yep. It has been a while... Things are changing under a lot
of strain on everybody, but huge Titanic ships like US of A
just don't turn on a dime. Unfortunately, change can be
for better or for worse under the circumstances. We'll just
have to float in chit and see. It takes a decade to sink the
ship and it takes a decade to lift it back up -NG-

You can pretty much guarantee there will be SOME change,
although, politically kicking the can is always the primary
choice. -vbg- Like you said, it hit da fan, you'd think
they no longer have this option? Think again!
