Zeev: I noticed my mistake about the book value and I left it so as to give you a chance to catch me and get excited <GG>. I do not think $100 mil write-off is too much because they have a lot of bad loans and the over-collateralization for their trusts must be upped soon for CTYS to exist. Sankar
