One bad thing Christie is doing is raiding government funds that are set aside for specific purposes, and using the money to balance the general budget. We pay an extra fee on our utility bills to pay for alternative energy grant programs and energy efficiency grant programs. Christie raided that money, so just a paltry sum is left for people looking to install alternative energy or make their homes or business more energy efficient. Alternative energy was one of the bright spots in the New Jersey economy in recent years, and Christie has decimated it. Adios jobs!
