From a company that appeared to pride itself on transparency, it is now opaque. Just not a good sign. It is obvious that JB did not anticipate the hurdles to be overcome. IMO The company needs a COO or in-house general counsel that is familiar with all of the potential issues. Unfortunately, it may be too late in the game.
