Hogwash, my asking of the question only suggests there is no clear answer. The hypothesis that there is serious unresolved issues is your creation. There is no evidence that there are serious unresolved issues and there is no commercialization so there is no clear evidence that there are not serious unresolved issues.

Furthermore, funding is not a concern at all for anyone looking objectively, IMO. The company has little debt and lots of shares that can place to raise funds to stay alive. Again, that is more of a spin position by you than a realistic or real concern.

GWMAN- The fact that you ask the question suggests that there are serious unresolved issues. From a company that appeared to pride itself on transparency, it is now opaque. Just not a good sign. It is obvious that JB did not anticipate the hurdles to be overcome. IMO The company needs a COO or in-house general counsel that is familiar with all of the potential issues. Unfortunately, it may be too late in the game. I am concerned that the money will run out before the issues are resolved.

The real big question is will it be days, weeks or months before we get the permit or hear from the company what the remaining hurdles are?

The share price being applied by the market seems to suggest it will not be days. So, the question becomes is LTG telling the truth that we will need a SW permit and that we are months away from commercialization or is that all just bunk in an effort to get the share price down to a target price for buying more or reload? Uhhmmmm?
