Response from Joe Lanza Jack, Reread my response dated Nov 3, 97 (post # 1224), and if there is a blank, fill it in. The company has given me 2 specific assignments: 1. To find a joint venture, merger, or aquisition that could have some synergy with Xecom. This is very time consuming. It requires research on 10Q's, 10K's, Prospectuses, ect... We set certain parameters, and it requires extensive communication with corperate desicion makers. Like I said, all this is very time consuming, including weekends. 2. Help with the sales efforts on the bases. I have over 30 years of experience in sales. Joe V. is concerned about the sighn ups on the bases, and he wants me to help on the new bases being turned on.
