To: Jan A Van Hummel Sorry for the delay in responding. I believe that you are exactly right in your suspicions. There may be one or more parties trying to quietly build a stake. Also, I'm sure dealers are attempting to move the stock in the short-term based on their current positions, long or short. The only way past this situation is to get "listed" for trading. K.C.
