This stock has been dead for a long time. The second T. Boone Pickens mothballed his wind project in Texas late last year indicated to me these alternative energy projects aren't getting debt financed and that was enough for me to sell the remaining shares I had in the stock. In hindsight that was a great move.

I don't think bottom fishing here is a very wise idea either.
I think these kind of projects are going to have to receive financing from banks of Western governments before the sector starts to attract investor interest again.
