They key is they leave to avoid union labor. Which they vote for. ----------- The second part of your question is something I've wondered about for years. I think it has something to do with the brain drain FL experienced for years. College grads/skilled work force left and never came back. Particulary from South FLorida where where wasn't a large public university until about 25-30 years ago.
