If interested in Bouhafa's post from AOL here it is:
"It has been reported to me that the terms of AIPC's agreement with the government of Kazakhstan have been published in a Russian newspaper. I'm trying to track down the identity of the paper. Also, a credible person on the SI thread who travels frquently to Kazakhstan has reported that the agreement was signed today. My understanding is that AIPN's lawyers are having the signed agreement translated from Russian as I write this. (12:53 pm) at which point they will review it and give the green light to release it. We are talking a matter of a day or two."

Hopefully, if some of the "attackers" will stop, he will come back with his info and opinions.
