IPO for Peritus was at $16 raised from $12. People who didn't sell will soon be losing money. I predict they will bail if they already haven't. It is probably also helped by short sellers. At $12 I may buy. Hey tech, is CSGI at a bottom?? Also, Alyd poor 3rd quarter should be no surprise.
