Ok. Two bomb squad guys fully suited up approached the offending bottle, inspected it with flashlights for about 10 minutes and one of them finally picked it up. Unscrewed the cap and set it on a wall. Then 10 more cops came up to look. Now about 20 of them are standing outside discussing the whole affair. The street is still blocked off. Ok. They're bagging it up in an evidence bag. A plastic soda bottle. More cops are coming up to have a look at the bottle and the spot where it was. Now one of them is discussing his bills. "Gotta pay that by Monday or I'm screwed." They're finally leaving - 3 hours 45 minutes.
