PTUS, usual y2k picture revenues more significant thanACLY in the 30Million range but weak financial figures low profitability negative cash flow from operationS!!! about the only concern is the employees they have 200+: EMPLOYEES As of March 31, 1997, the Company employed 232 full-time employees, including 56 in research and development, 14 in sales and marketing, 139 in professional services and support and 23 in finance, administration and corporate support. The success of the Company depends on its continued ability to attract and retain highly skilled and qualified personnel. Competition for such personnel is intense in the computer software industry, particularly for software developers, service consultants, and sales and marketing personnel. There can be no assurance that the Company will be able to attract and retain qualified personnel in the future. Any thoughts? this is my next short unless I find something better. Pancho PS: we should not let CR go on vacation!
