Audun, I spoke to John Liviakis on Monday. He said to call back on Friday and talk to Bob Pragg. The hope was that the Judge in MA would have dismissed the ENUFF motion to refer the Fairhaven permit back to the MADEP by then (one never knows what and when judges will do however). The company is still saying it foresees begining operations in Mooretown by late September. I had thought we'd have an interim announcement of the Permit approval before then, but perhaps that news will not be formally announced (assuming no glitches) for another week or two. The next step on the road to riches (ours) is an announcement in mid October or thereabouts of arrangements for project financing for Fairhaven, Mooretown (and I hope another project or two). So, I'll hold on till November 1 before I reevaluate, no sense taking a big loss now (I'm in at just under $4 average). If all goes as planned, there will be no reason to sell anyway. Are you still a buyer? Or just holding?
