The very term Death Tax is a ridiculous misnomer.

Dead people don't play tennis, and they don't pay taxes.

Dead people are, um, dead.

Heirs of multimillion dollar estates, which are in fact INCOME to the heir, should be taxed as ordinary income.

Joe six pack is taxed on every dollar he earns, why should a wealthy individual have his income excluded from taxation?

He did not earn it.
