NVID .36 x .39, after continuing research, my convictions that NVID is for
real, are justified. I am thoroughly convinced that the price today, is
grossly undervalued based on just the Aqua-Bio Technologies side of the
business alone. Here's why.
If you will remember, a few sessions ago, I wrote; that more then anything
else, management is what I consider to be one of the key factors, when
evaluating a micro-cap company.
After having performed more inquiries into the past history of Bob Bunte, I
quickly saw a correlation in the Aqua- Bio marketing plan and Bob Bunte's
past guidance as CEO of Network Video. He took Network Video from 1 store to
over 400 in a short period of time. As I dug further, I found out that they
were not franchised, but licensed. What does that mean to NVID. ASSETS and a
controlled quality.
They presently have 5 distributors in place and 3 about to open shortly.
First they have to undergo a strict training program, focused on service and
sales, in that order. In understanding the market, you first have to
understand that NVID is not going after the in the home market, they are
after the commercial market, Hotels, hospitals, restaurants, and large
installations, where the average sell is $30k or above. One such
installation is being installed now at Sea World in San Diego, Ca. But let's
get back to management, and the ability that Bob Bunte brings to NVID. He
has the experience and knowledge to make it happen. They have segmented a
fractured market and prioritized the penetration into those markets. What
you are about to see is strategic marketing plan be implemented and the
ensuing cash flow will then allow further development of Microsafe.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. But it starts to paint a picture as to
how they are going to get from point A to point B. My real point is not to
underestimate the impact and importance that Aqua-Bio Tech. plays
in the overall contribution to NVID overall growth. I was also assured that
Microsafe is also receiving a tremendous amount of attention as they lay the
groundwork for it's positioning into the marketplace. There are several news
announcements and/or events that are presently being worked on, that when
revealed will set the stage for some explosive upside price appreciation in
this stock. View any weakness as an opportunity to further position
