You make some very valid an interesting points on some very serious and REAL issues. The "nobility of Soul" as you put it is rejected outright by consistent atheism so the behaviors that I described are all open for discussion. Practically though, Western atheists are still basing their personal views of ethics and morality on Christian principals even though (having rejected the foundational concepts) they have absolutely no philosophical grounds for doing so. This is going to change as succeeding generations realize that there are no reasons not to do anything that they want including all the behaviors previously described.

My objection however, was to your joining with Shallow-Hal (who has apparently never thought deeply about anything) in his shallow mocking. I urge you to “Put out into deep water,"
