Tom Cat:......In reference to the best buy.......

The best buy depends on a number of factors. You probably realize
that I am a fan of Profco, but you might be suprised to hear that I
feel that when compared to CDD, DWM and TSY, PSO is the worse buy.
He is my reason why. You also realize that I feel that a MAJOR
discovery could be announced next week. I always look for
percentage increases, not cents or dollars. If they announce that
they have (lets dream) 100 millions barrels of oil, PSO should reach
$5.00 per share. This works out to a 100% increase. Meanwhile,
a stock like TSY could go to approx. $2.00 per share. This works
out to approx 300% increase. The warrant would go to $1.90 per
warrant, a 525% increase. The same sort of increase could apply to
CDD and DWM.

Now lets assume they find nothing. PSO would fall to approx. the
$1.50-$1.70 range, while CDD could drop to the 15 cent range, DWM
fall to the 30 cent range, and TSY fall to the 20 cent range. Based
on this very slim possibility, PSO would be the safest buy. I'm sure
that people reading this who own CDD, DWM and TSY are saying I am
wrong when assuming the stock could/would fall to such low levels,
please remember that I am only human, and NOBODY can predict where
shares prices will go. I am only using the above as possible
price ranges.

Don't worry, I have hedged by bet by buying more than Profco. So,
you have to try and figure out where each stock could go on the
upside, and where they could go on the downside.
