It looks like gold will go lower before it goes higher, probably under
$300. I don't think we're near the bottom. Copper also weak.
Adrian Day says U.S. dollar will be very strong, which would be bad for the price of gold in U.S. dollars. People long gold stocks will
need lots more patience. But things will turn eventually. The central banks will reach a point where they've loaned out as high a
percentage of their gold as they can. The outlook for gold demand is
good, and large central bank sales and leasing of gold are required to
bridge the huge gap between demand for gold and the amount of newly mined gold.
