I think the secondary will be a chance for the company to tout the stock to the institutions during the road show. Most stocks that I know of that went through a secondary appreciated afterward. Just hope that the CEO will keep his mouth in check during the road show. We got three heavy weight investment bankers here to promote the stock: Morgan Stanley, Merril Lynch, and Robertson Stephens. I watch the stock price today on Quote.com. Most of the sell orders below 28 1/4 are in 300, 500, no higher than 1000 in size. Volume is low today. Just small players who sell on impulse.
