Fred and Mike, you guys are absolutly correct in your assessment of TSIS. There are approx. 18 million shares with 2 million owned buy the company, 2 million owned by institutionals and the rest are in the float fully diluted. Yes, they are still selling some shares directly through the company (this is nothing new to any public company)but this is due to end here very soon. I can tell you that between eight of us who are involved with each other either directly or indirectly own about 1 million shares and we also see the great potential of this tiny company.
I have had the opportunity to speak to Don Cameron (he actually returned my call) for about 45 minutes and I was impressed with his business plan. If you have been keeping track of all the press releases the last 2 months you can see he is not going after bird seed. In fact if you look at the ATT deal closely you will notice that ATT has six teleconferencing divisions- who do you think will get the contract for the other five??? Then they signed Stanley Works, US Postal Service, Jones Naughton and now Lucent. Apple, Ascend, US Steel and another big telecom company are also in the works along with some of the big guns of the Nasdaq. I dont think there is any question as to where TSIS is heading. I mean think about it, does anyone else agree that TSIS could be ripe for a takeover in the next year or two by a telecom giant with all this activity taking place. I personally think Lucent would be a prime candidate (just my opinion). As far as earnings go we all need to be patient just a little longer, ATT is just the beginning of it.
