"When doctors perform abortions, they're not having one." Not usually. Self induced abortions are rarer in these days of human compassion and sensible/sane approaches to human troubles. Stories like that are horrific and sickening. "Christians are hardly the only people persecuted to death in North Korea. Really, the whole country is. One presumes as well that adherents of other religions, say Islam, would likewise be killed.
