Sharon, the 13Ds, 13Gs, and Form 4s may also provide a hint as to vulnerable CEFs, IMHO. The big players find it in their interest to recruit small holders when they have managed to accumulate enough stock without affecting the discount and are ready to make a move, but not to have us competing to buy the stock at an earlier stage.
