I don't view this filing as supremely negative or positive but do believe it speaks to confidence in MNTA management as to a potential approval for Teva and their patent lawsuit stopper. They must plan for the worst. I just wish they had done so right after the initial pop. That being said, I do read this news as potentially signalling imminent Teva approval. It does put the patent lawsuit in a potentially more negative light also. Jon
