Best thing we could do would be to TRASH the existing corrupted tax code with all of it's special interest loopholes and bennies for the vested interests... and come back with a simplified system where the government doesn't have it's thumb on the scales, tilting them to the benefit of the old school industries and multi-nationals, and thereby produce an open field for entrepreneurs to run on. Growth would surge. (The role of government should be law and order, justice, defense, education. NOT pork for the already over-fed.)
