I don't think it's the .80 pipeholders. I doubt enough of them have actually ponied up $500 to have their restrictions removed. Far more likely it's the 4+ million shares issued to Weber, et al, for the Pak-It acquisition. Not to mention the 21 million shares belonging to toxic financiers from before JB even came along.

God this is going to be an expensive lesson for a lot of folks. It'll be lucky to hold $.25 in 3 weeks (permit or not).
