Of course, JBI restated their filings because they had lied in the original filings. Since when is a lie a mistake rather than intentional deceit. I wish him luck on that spin. It's just too much fun watching this scam blow up! <Correct but it doesn't mean JBII is a scam as has been claimed so many times on this board....all companies make mistakes....good companies fess up correct the mistakes and move on...JBII got clobbered when it hired Withum and restated their filings....>
