Neither term is definitive beyond a spit wad wrt discussion.

The discussion on this thread varies from serious consideration of scientific concepts related to evolution, theoretical promotion, teleological perspective, philosophical speculation, tangental and often interesting (at least to those participing) diversions, and some side banter of a personal nature.

If none of that intrigues you then I must wonder, not do deeply (see first line of this post) what you are doing here.

You ask me why I would use a term like polydipsia instead of the more common 'very thirsty' vernacular. You jumped to the assumption it was pure pomposity but there is another way to look at it... the way I did. You have been acting out in a mean way with nearly every post you submit to this thread. That usually identifies someone who is hurting, angry, or feeling threatened. I have attempted to lighten the mood with you so we could just talk like a coupla folk and I felt we were somewhat successful on the 'who should be aborted' question.

IOW lighten up dude.
