**OFF TOPIC** Skeet....ASND has hit the wall...as the internet gets loaded the ASND boxes are having problems supporting it. CSCO recently put out their high end remote access box and it beats ASND's hands down. I talked to a CSCO sales person and he basically said that he dosen't have to put up much of a fight to win over ASND. ASND has a big market share that will keep them going, but I would not expect them to improve their revenues anytime soon. Plus their management has never faced this type of situation and they may not be able to handle it. Lucent is their only hope....they are just waiting for the price to drop to an attractive level... dave
