Hi CusterInvestor

Re: MHRpC

You had to buy today to get the $0.2135/monthly dividend. I loaded up yesterday and may sell some shares in a few days at $25 just to scalp the dividend. You should be able to sell all day at $24.99 if not at $25.00.

Watching the trading volume. they still have quite a few new shares yet to sell. The company must be administering the sale of the new preferred shares themselves and very well could have cut a special deal with their street broker. It's a good deal for the buyer and the company if they can reduce the transaction cost by 5% doing direct sales.

Acording to QuantemOnline ( quantumonline.com ) the MHRpC have a rating of BB.

Moodys/S&P WR / BB 10/23/10.

Can you believe that MHRpC has a higher quality rating than Supervalue: CFR at B1 and SVU Senior debt at B2.
