Management owns 40-60% of the stock. I'll get the exact figure. That's why Jon Goodrich came back to run the company, prior management was putting him in the poor house. That is a huge incentive to bring the company back. As to the options, 6,400 @$5.50 220,000 @$1.50 50,000 @$1.19. Thanks for sharing your info.
