Of course there will be cops there to prevent people from administering their just punishment so that those mokes can exercise their rights.

I'm trying to think of something that might be a little inconvenient. Spray paint? Precious bodily fluids? A skunk? Mace? Pepper spray? Something with a lasting effect.
