According to reporting by The Wall Street Journal, a plant charged with manufacturing NAND flash for smart devices such as the iPad and iPhone suffered a 0.07-second power disruption that backup systems couldn't fully account for. The truth (about the real impact) is boring - because you read it in WSJ it does not make it true - it's almost exactly a carbon copy compared to the Samsung power blip
