Being bipolar I see neither schizophrenia nor bipolar as disease although I get the connection.
We go places others can not go.
And at times we've payed dearly for it but luckily they've fixed the depression part via rTMS - which works.
And if you had to choose, trust me, you'd choose mania every time. As dangerous as it may be.
