Greg...it's all speculation......IF Lucent wants into this market...buying ASND would be the best way to get in. I'd suspect that Lucent wants to expand in to this area since it's still in it's infancy, ATM and remote access are big markets today and will continue to grow..so the possibility that Lucent is interested is good. Just my opinion dave
