Can someone tell me what it would take to track the call log of a cell phone? My sister's boyfriend has been missing in Missouri since this morning. He was traveling from Branson and was scheduled to arrive at Kansas City at 11 am but he never showed up. She last talked to him at approx 10 am. He said he was on U.S. 71 and was about an hour from KC. Despite the fact several people have called his phone, he has not answered any of those calls.
