I listened to most of the call before getting interrupted. Here are the highlights.

Intro:

- Can process flax twice as fast as hemp.

- Already grow 2 million acres of flax in North America

- Have successfully completed the two trials mentioned in September. Woven trial in Germany and spinning in North Carolina.

- Are a plug and play alternative to cotton

- Hanesbrand agreement will bring in some revenue

- Hanesbrand has truly been a collaborative partner. Are confident we'll be able to bring Crailar to market with Hanesbrand in 2011.

Q&A

L.O.M.:

Q: Tell us about what's involved with wear testing.

A: Product wear testing involves longevity and comfort testing. Finish with testing early in 2011. Just normal consumer wear testing. In the middle of commercialization discussions with Hanesbrand.

Mackey Research:

Q: Are there Exclusivity discussions with Hanesbrand?

Exclusivity is part of the commercialization discussions with Hanesbrand in their sector and category, but there are many other applications...denim, workwear, sweater and higher-end of sportswear. Crailar wicks moisture.

Stapleton Group:

Q: This sounds like an interim step. Are you putting off CapEx decision making or

A: Yes. Need to have visibility into volume and delivery schedule to get insight into what the scale-up is from where are currently with our pilot capabilities in Kingstree, SC where we could probably get 100,000 pounds/week in early 2011. Once we know beyond that, we can release what commercialization will look like from a facility and CapEx standpoint.

Private Investor:

Q: You ran apparel for Adidas globally. Are you talking to Adidas or other global brands? What's the feedback?

A: Given my and other board members experience with global sporting brands, we have had dialogs. Interest is primarily focused on the performance aspects of a natural fiber. This is the first time we've had a natural fiber that gives us the opportunity of calling out the performance benefits. Very interesting opportunities in a market dominated by polyester for performance. Not implying same characteristics as a polyester microfiber, but very interesting opportunities.

Portfolio America

Q: Questions are answered.

Assure:

Q: Better understanding of short-term contract with regard to Hanes. Does the agreement allow you to talk to other parties, or do you have to fulfill your requirements to Hanesbrand before you can?

Our primary focus is to respect our agreement with Hanesbrand. We're following the strategy of an "ingredient brand," similar to what you'd see with Lycra or Gore-tex. Continue to look for opportunities of co-branding. Courting opportunities from other companies of the stature of Hanesbrand, but obviously not in competing categories with them.
