ya know something sad is that this is all rather predictible that older white males who consider themselves hippies (keeping in mind there weren't hippies by 'name' in 1964), with their racism (k, cool with black men but my balls are bigger and I take the lead) and sexism that caused women and blacks to break from them as things progressed in the 60's... well, their turning on Obama, having expected... what? for him to done a super hero outfit and bash the people they hated in the 60's? it is sadly unsurprising. calling oneself a liberal does not magically make a person not actually the idea of themselves as a great white man liberator. Obama is actually still second rate to many. hell, T, 'they' got him elected, afterall. ayup. young people voted for him by a large majority. women voted for him by a majority. blacks, men and women, voted for him by a large majority. hispanics, men and women, voted for him by a large majority. but really really it was a small group of white males who fancy themselves progressives and liberals who did it. how dare he snub them. they will unelect him. they will.
