A move to .7/8ths plus seems more TA consistent, but I sense the move will be only for a few days before the relative strength gets to near the 80 area. Also, I have never been to confident on pattern recognition with BORL. It's seems the character of the investors with BORL, react more to extremes than any other TA consideration. The most difficult call for me is the tops...I always get too slanted to the upside...so I am shying away from the typical resistance levels. Also, 33% and 50% moves from previous lows ( 8 ), are very hard to break through...thus, even 12 1/2 may be tough to reach.
