You hit the nail on its head. Governments are nothing but puppets to ours. Chavez, for example, was your regular Venezuelan J6P, he understood the plight of his people and did something about it. Same with Iran 30 plus years ago. Any regime that does not tow our line is considered a terrorist. Look at Saudi Arabia, SA is considered our friend, yet the majority of hijacker on 9/11 were Saudis.
