I was testing the java based stock filter of yahoo finance and came upon this company:

Nasdaq:LPHI
Life Partners Holdings, Inc.
Revenue million net income
2007-29.8 3
2008-72.6 18
2009-103 27

Current assets - 37
Current Liabilities - 12

Long term debt - 0.55

Equity - 58
Share outstanding - 14.86

Book value 3.9$
P/E is 10

equity has increase from 8 million in 2007 to 60 million in 2010

In 2010 they have payed 1.5$/share dividend. which makes it to 7% at the current price.
It looks cheap to me.
I will keep reading about their business because I don't understand completely what they do and where the risks are.
Anyone who is familiar with the company, please comment.

Good investng,

Georgi
