Can't find any news, but looking at one-minute intra-day chart, over 100,000 shares were sold in same minute, so there must have been a huge block trade. Volume chart has some blips in first hour, the mega trade right around 10, then it looks like a flat line at almost zero (because of the scale of the chart) rest of day. Can't tell just how high the volume spike really is, so I don't know what portion of the 700,000+ shares traded was in the block. Paul
