Under Carter there was 21% inflation interest rates hit 16.5% for housing-------why is it that these Democrat Presidents i.e. Carter and Obama are always causing an economic crisis. Certainly those extremely high tax rates shifted the burden to the lower tax rate payers who dealt with the inflation. Why not post the actual statistics-----? Sure sounds like another DNC Talking Point.
