do you think people with multimillion dollar income get it from a salary?? Cap gain tax 5 or 15%, tax on dividends 5 or 15%, muni's, business deductions ... Thats precisely why the Buffet's and Gate's are okay with raising the top marginal ordinary income tax rate (which is what you are likely getting at with "the marginal rate". This tax on the rich liberals are pushing is really a tax on small businesses and won't affect the mega-rich much at all. Why wage a class war on small business?
