I'm not arguing that point - I was responding to the idea that extending unemployment "stimulates." Maintaining the status quo is not stimulation. The only part of the bipartisan deal that seems to be "stimulus" is the social security tax holiday. As for your point about Christians, I have repeatedly noted that Christianity is not about the government.
