99% on a Bil still leaves 10M to live on. That should be enuf; I'll be glad to advise them that has how to keep their expenses lower than that and still save for retirement, for free, if they can't do it themselves. As a public service, so to speak.

It's too late now, but they could have bought my Ma's house for 2 mil, still have had 8 mil left over, and no house payments for life. Make another Bil next year, keep 10M, and rent is already paid.
