Upon reading the merger document I noticed that TRY did exactly what we suspected, i.e. bought 19% of the company after driving their share price down with the merger announcement.

This means that about 40% of the shares are controlled by people who have already announced they are voting for the merger. It doesn't look good, but I'm hanging on.
