The person doing the poisoning is the person sucking on the bong. If you decide that poisoning yourself with rotten grape juice with bits of gold floating in it is a good idea, I don't see why I should hire a lot of people to stop you, put you in gaol etc. If you decide to smoke opium also, go ahead, knock yourself out.
