The only mention of the ericy/qcom lawsuit in the qcom conference call today was that qcom still planning to go to court in the fall of 98, hopes to settle, and the suit may be delayed a little but should be over in 98. I don't believe the suit is a big deal financially to ericy, don't know the impact on qcom. Unfortunately I missed the wcdma show at the Clift, played golf instead. Anyone else go? Caxton
