No. I am not forced to buy seat belts because I am not forced to buy a car! If I buy a car, it must be equipped with seat belts by the manufacturer BUT I am not required to buy a car.

Social Security is tax that funds a transfer payment, it is not the purchase of a product AND everybody does not pay Social Security taxes. If I do not have a job, I am not forced to pay Social Security.
